Details
The purpose of the Wise, Wealthy Women Meetup is to empower women to come together in a safe, supportive, educational atmosphere to gain knowledge, friendship and financial well-being.
At our May meeting we will be discussing the pros and cons of being an active and/or passive investor. We will look at the various types of brokers available and what they offer. We will also discuss the pros and cons of various mutual funds exploring and explainging load and non-load funds. We will also take a look and explain the various ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds). And finally round out the meeting with taking a look at individual stocks as well.
It will me an interesting meeting. I look forward to seeing you all!
